1 Introduction
Welcome to deshgame. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and deshgame ("we", "us", or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at deshgame.net.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any services offered by deshgame. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To open and maintain an account with deshgame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Deshgame does not knowingly permit minors to register or play. If we have reason to believe an account holder is under 21, we will immediately suspend the account and withhold any funds pending investigation.
- You must be registering in a jurisdiction where online gaming as offered by deshgame is not prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local laws applicable to you.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by deshgame or any applicable regulatory body at the time of registration.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the platform services.
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Each account must be registered in the name of the actual player who will use it.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
3 Account Rules
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account with deshgame. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with anyone. Deshgame will never contact you to ask for your password or banking PIN.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify deshgame immediately via our support team. We will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account to protect your funds during the review.
Account verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time. Verification typically requires a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, UMID, or driver's licence) and may also require proof of your registered payment account. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
Deshgame reserves the right to close any duplicate account and transfer the balance to the original verified account, or to withhold funds if fraud or abuse is detected during the investigation process.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on deshgame are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Available methods may vary and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit is ₱200 for most payment methods. Specific minimums and maximums are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
- Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name will not be accepted and may be returned to the source.
- Deshgame does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside our control.
- Funds deposited in error or without authorisation should be reported to deshgame support immediately. Funds deposited by mistake may not be immediately refundable once credited to the gaming balance.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. There is no maximum withdrawal per transaction, but large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification steps.
- Withdrawals can only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching your verified deshgame account details.
- GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM on business days are typically processed the same day. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are typically completed within one to three banking days.
- Deshgame reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal if the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations.
- Any active bonus wagering requirement must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
5 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all bets placed across any sport, game, or product offered by deshgame:
- A bet is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation reference number from deshgame. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based on the selection alone.
- Odds are subject to change until the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed on your confirmation slip are the odds that apply to your bet.
- Deshgame reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly displayed in error due to a technical fault or human mistake. In such cases, your stake will be fully refunded.
- Bets placed after an event has started but before the live betting market has officially opened are void, and stakes will be returned.
- The minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet vary by market and event type. Applicable limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
- Deshgame may limit bet amounts or restrict access to specific markets for individual accounts at our discretion, without prior notice.
For PBA, NBA, and football betting specifically, additional sport-specific rules apply and are published within each product section of the deshgame sportsbook. These rules cover aspects such as overtime, abandonments, player withdrawals, and postponements.
6 Bet Settlement
Winning bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. For PBA matches, this is the official PBA result. For NBA games, this is the official NBA box score. For football, official results are confirmed by the governing football association or competition organiser.
Settlement typically takes place within minutes of the final result being declared. Complex markets such as player props or correct scores may take slightly longer to settle.
If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 72 hours of the original fixture date, deshgame will hold the bet open. If the match is not played within that window, all bets on the affected event will be voided and stakes returned.
In the event of a result being overturned by the official governing body after initial settlement, deshgame reserves the right to re-settle affected bets according to the revised official result. This includes cases where a match result changes due to a points deduction, disqualification, or administrative ruling.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
Deshgame offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:
- Each bonus is available once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Wagering requirements ("rollover") must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in its individual promotion terms on the Promotions page.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- Deshgame reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion, including changing its terms, reducing its value, or withdrawing it entirely, with reasonable notice where possible.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.
- Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other players, or placing bets designed to exploit bonus funds rather than genuinely engage with the product — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the deshgame platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of funds:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- Exploiting any technical error, bug, or pricing mistake in a systematic way to generate unfair profit.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
- Using information not publicly available at the time a bet is placed ("inside information") to gain an unfair advantage.
- Laundering money or using deshgame in connection with any illegal financial activity.
- Providing false information during registration, verification, or any other account management process.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing deshgame staff or other users through any communication channel.
Deshgame cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of illegal activity. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions or conduct to the appropriate regulatory and law enforcement bodies without prior notice to the affected account holder.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the deshgame platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, data, software, and game content — is the property of deshgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on deshgame without our express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of deshgame's intellectual property may result in legal action.
10 Limitation of Liability
Deshgame provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain a reliable and secure platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
- Deshgame is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment delays outside of our direct control.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the deshgame platform, including betting losses.
- Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction directly involved in that incident.
- Nothing in these Terms limits deshgame's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11 Responsible Gaming
Deshgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their activity safely and encourage their use for anyone who feels their gambling is becoming difficult to control.
Available responsible gaming tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be accessed through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Self-exclusion is permanent once confirmed and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. If you request self-exclusion, deshgame will close your account and block you from re-registering for the agreed period. Any remaining balance at the time of exclusion will be returned to your registered payment account.
Deshgame strictly prohibits any player registered on our self-exclusion list from opening a new account. If you have self-excluded but manage to create a new account, you must notify us immediately so we can close the account and protect you from further harm.

13 Amendments to These Terms
Deshgame reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a notification displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
